Please read these Terms carefully before using the InvestingSamjho Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saltree Fintech Private Limited ("Company") governing your access to and use of the InvestingSamjho Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident of India or otherwise legally permitted to access financial education platforms in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Nature of Services
InvestingSamjho is an educational and informational platform. Our services include:
InvestingSamjho does not provide:
- Educational content about equity markets, financial analysis, and financial literacy.
- Curated explanations of market terminology and investing concepts.
- Structured learning paths and progress tracking.
- Community forums and discussion features, where applicable.
- Investment advice or portfolio management services.
- SEBI-registered investment advisory services.
- Stock recommendations, financial tips, or calls.
- Brokerage or trading facilitation services.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
- Use automated means, including data scraping and crawlers, to access the Platform without permission.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
- Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, brokers, or services. These are provided for informational convenience only. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or services of third-party providers. You access third-party services at your own risk.
8. Subscription & Payments
Certain features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy available on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
- The Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the three months preceding the claim.
- The Company is not liable for any investment decisions made by users based on content available on the Platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Goa, India.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Goa.
13. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided in the Legal Notice section. You may address any complaints or concerns to: director@saltreefintech.com.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
