This website and mobile application operating under the name "InvestingSamjho" and associated services, including investing education and research-related tools (hereinafter "Platform"), are owned, operated, and maintained by Saltree Fintech Private Limited, an Indian registered entity with its registered office at Goa, India.
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, brand identity elements, source materials, video, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its content creators and is protected under the intellectual property laws of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, downloading, or use of any content from the Platform, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, electronic or otherwise, without prior written permission of the Company, is strictly prohibited and could result in infringement of intellectual property rights.

The Company provides these links for convenience only and does not endorse, and is not responsible or liable for, any content, accuracy, services, or products offered by third-party websites.
