What you'll do
Every listed company has one page that holds its key numbers, financial statements, filings and your own notes. In three minutes you will learn where each of them lives.
🗣️
"Ek page samajh liya, toh baaki sab aasaan."
Step by step
- Click Equity Catalog in the sidebar (
/catalog), type a company name such as "Asian Paints" in the Search box, and click the company. - Read the summary card at the top. Market Cap is what the whole company is worth on the market, CMP is its current market price, and TTM P/E compares the price with the last 12 months' profit. The Standalone / Consolidated toggle switches between the parent company alone and the whole group (Lesson 02).
- If you are signed in, a My metrics card sits just below. Each row shows a value, a one-line meaning and a Learn or What's this? link. Click the ☆ on any metric row to keep that metric there on every company page; Manage shows your list once you have starred one. Finish a metric lesson (ROE is in Week 07) and that metric is added for you.
- Pick a preset chip — Default, Value, Growth or Quality — to change which metric cards you see. Customize lets you choose your own.
- Open the Financials menu for Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Annual Results and Cash Flow Statement.
- Use the other tabs when you need them: Announcements for company filings, Shareholding for who owns the company, Investor Media for presentations, and AI Insights, which includes a plain-language Concall Summary (the earnings call, simplified).
Good to know
Banks and NBFCs (lenders that are not banks) are judged on different ratios. For them, My metrics starts with a different set and marks ratios such as Debt-to-Equity as not meaningful.
Why this matters
Every company page is laid out the same way. Learn the layout once and you can find any number for any company in seconds, so your time goes into understanding the numbers instead of hunting for them.

Key takeaway
The company page is your home base: key numbers at the top, statements under Financials, the metrics you chose in My metrics. "Ek page, saara data."
Try it
Try this now (2 min)
Open a company you know and click the ☆ beside ROE, then open a second company. ROE is already waiting for you in My metrics.
